Sales Associate (Part-time) - Toronto

Love fine footwear and quality customer service?  Our small team is looking for a dynamic individual who shares our values and our aesthetic.  You will work in a warm, welcoming environment, with low-pressure sales, and where collaboration and new ideas are encouraged.

Maguire is growing enterprise with a mission to make high-end footwear and accessories at a fair price.  We do everything in-house: from design and production oversight to customer sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Serve and advise customers in store;
• Support customer service by answering customer queries;
• Maintain product merchandising and visual presentation in store;
• Fulfill online orders as well as returns and exchanges;
• Feed the product development and marketing teams with customer feedback;
• Miscellaneous tasks related to operation and management of the boutique. 

Requirements

• Work experience in sales or the fashion industry;
• Strong English oral communication skills;
• Interest in local business is a plus;
• Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus;
• Cares about outstanding customer service;
• Independent and versatile;
• An entrepreneurial team spirit. 

Employment Details

• Low pressure, non-commissioned sales.
• Part time: days, evenings, weekends, holiday periods, fixed or flexible schedules.
• Store is located at 760 Queen St West.
• Business hours:
• Monday to Wednesday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday to Friday: 11:00 am - 7:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
