We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery for all our products.
Canada
Canada Post - Expedited (1 to 8 business day):
- Orders of $200 and more (before tax): FREE delivery.
- Orders of $199 or less (before tax): $10 CAD shipping fee applies.
PST/HST applies according to province. No surprise import, customs, or conversion charges. You pay in $CAD and our warehouse is in Montreal, Canada.
Canada Post Strike
Our shipping times are unaffected by the ongoing Canada Post strike, as our orders are currently being delivered by UPS or another independent courier service.
Please note, however, that some orders being delivered to more remote regions may still be delayed.

UPS - Expedited (2 to 5 business days):

Orders of $200+ (before VAT): FREE delivery to all 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders of $199 or less (before VAT): $22 CAD shipping fee.
All import and customs fees are included for orders under $800 (before VAT). No surprise charges or conversion fees. You pay in $USD. VAT applies according to your state. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays due to holds at customs.
International
UPS - Expedited:
- Asia Zone 1: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan (6-10 business days): $60 CAD
- Asia Zone 2 (6-15 business days): $80 CAD
- China (6-10 business days): $70 CAD
- Central & South America (6-10 business days) $60 CAD
- Mexico (6-10 business days): $55 CAD
- Europe (6-10 business days): $50 CAD
- Australia and New Zealand (9-12 business days): $70 CAD
- Rest of the World (6-10 business days): $80 CAD
Additional fees may apply depending on the country of destination. Our prices do not include import duties or customs fees, which vary by country. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays related to customs and border controls at destination.
All international orders (outside US and Canada) are final sale - nonrefundable & not exchangeable.
FAQ
Except for pre-orders, please allow one to two business days for our team to fulfill your order from time of purchase. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. For average delivery times, see your selected delivery method and destination country.
Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, or a notification that your order is ready for pickup, depending on your selected delivery method. To track the progress of a delivery, simply enter your tracking number in the Canada Post website or the UPS website.
If your order is still being processed: we will be happy to adjust or cancel your order as you desire. Simply write us at hello@maguireshoes.com indicating your order number and your requested changes.
If your order has already been shipped: please wait until you have received the package and initiate a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days as per our return policy.
Using your tracking number, double check the shipping status of your delivery. Verify that you have not received a paper delivery notice indicating that no one was home, and that it is being held for pickup at your local post office. Verify that it was not delivered to a neighbour by mistake or hidden somewhere outside your front door. If you still cannot locate your delivery, write us at hello@maguireshoes.com. Include your order number in the email and we will investigate the situation.
Oops! We prepare every order with care, but sometimes mistakes can slip through. If you have received an item different from what you ordered, write us at hello@maguireshoes.com so we can reserve the correct item for you. We will then supply a pre-paid shipping label to return the erroneous merchandise.
