Marketing Coordinator (Full-time)

Maguire is a growing company whose mission is to offer high-end shoes and accessories at a fair price. We do everything from start to finish in our Montreal office: from design and product development, to marketing and sales.
Our mid-sized marketing team is currently looking for a coordinator that will contribute to implementing the digital marketing strategy and copywriting, with a specialty in newsletters and digital advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the annual marketing and communications plan:
- Create the brand's weekly and automated newsletters (copywriting, graphic design and diffusion);
- Manage the digital advertising strategy (copywriting and graphic design) on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc. in collaboration with a web agency;
- Copywriting in English and French for the brand's various platforms (website, blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, social media posts);
- Contribute to the planning and bring new ideas to the monthly content calendar for the company's social platforms (website, newsletters, social media, advertising, etc.);
- Coordinate the marketing strategy of products and special events (distribution strategy, launch planning, organization of various campaigns, etc.);
- Create content and update the website's home page during launches;
- Contribute to developing the brand's tone and artistic direction with the Art Director;
- Contribute to the organization and creation of content for photoshoots;
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing;
- Measure and interpret the ongoing results of the various platforms and initiatives in order to optimize them;
- Contribute actively to the company’s day-to-day activities and to the various initiatives.
Prerequisites:
- A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or other relevant field;
- 1-2 years of experience with similar tasks and responsibilities;
- Excellent writing skills in French and in English;
- Knowledge of softwares such as Figma, Klaviyo, Photoshop, Illustrator or video editing, a plus;
- Interest for digital marketing and fashion;
- Creativity;
- Diligence and attention to detail.
Employment Details:
- Full time position, 35 hours per week;
