Third Key Holder – Montreal Store (Part-Time)

As our Third Key Holder you'll be more than a top-performing sales associate—you'll be a leader on the floor. You'll help drive sales, create exceptional customer experiences, support daily store operations, and motivate the team to perform at their best. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads with confidence, and is excited to help build a positive, high-performing store culture.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in-store;
Fulfill online orders, as well as process returns and exchanges;
Oversee inventory and stockroom management in collaboration with the Store Manager;
Manage and resolve customer issues as they arise, with support from the Customer Service team when needed;
Maintain product merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store;
Help achieve the store's sales goals;
Assist with managing the team's schedule;
Share customer feedback with the Product Development and Marketing teams;
Provide occasional customer service coverage during busy periods and vacations.
Support day-to-day store operations and other management-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in retail, fashion, or a customer-focused sales environment;
A natural leader who motivates and supports teammates by leading through example;
Passionate about building genuine connections with customers and creating memorable shopping experiences;
Confident providing coaching, feedback, and direction to the team throughout the day;
Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and isn't afraid to make decisions when needed;
Strong attention to detail, with an eye for visual merchandising and maintaining exceptional store standards;
Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
Experience with Shopify POS is an asset;
Positive, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a strong team culture.
