Tasks and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and community inquiries by email, chat, and social media
- Manage after-sales service and find customer and product solutions
- Oversee orders
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with store managers to improve overall customer experience
- Lead the organization of our biannual sample sale
- Support brand monitoring and help grow community engagement across social media platforms;
- Assist the PR Manager with media, stylist and influencer relations, and other day-to-day PR initiatives
- Participate in loyalty strategy planning to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Miscellaneous tasks related to operations, administration, and shipping
Skills and Requirements

1-2 years experience in a similar role in sales or customer service;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
- Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus;
- Independent, organized, and versatile;
- An entrepreneurial team spirit.
