Tasks and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and community inquiries by email, chat, and social media
• Manage after-sales service and find customer and product solutions
• Oversee orders
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with store managers to improve overall customer experience
• Lead the organization of our biannual sample sale
• Support brand monitoring and help grow community engagement across social media platforms;
• Assist the PR Manager with media, stylist and influencer relations, and other day-to-day PR initiatives
• Participate in loyalty strategy planning to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Miscellaneous tasks related to operations, administration, and shipping

Skills and Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role in sales or customer service;
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
• Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus;
  
• Independent, organized, and versatile;
• An entrepreneurial team spirit.
