Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging. A repacking fee of $5 applies to returns in damaged packaging.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.Â
Regular priced items:
- Within 30 days following reception of order.
- Refunds will be issued by the original payment method.
- A $5 return fee will apply on all returns by mail.
Archive Sale/items in sale:
- Within 14 days following reception of order.
- Sales are final (store credit only).
- Returns and exchanges at customer’s expense (in store or by mail).
