The Maguire team is looking for a person with a developed vision of communications and marketing, a strong interest in online retailing and a real passion for the fashion industry!

  • Reporting directly to Maguire's management and supported by a dynamic team, the employee will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance the brand and company’s growth by increasing awareness and conversion online and in-stores within the North American market.
  • Define and ensure the strategic vision for the Maguire brand across initiatives;
  • Establish and prioritize the marketing communications plan;
  • Manage and monitor the budget allocated to the department;
  • Ensure the planning, development and implementation of various communication and marketing initiatives (branding, social media, newsletters, website, advertising, in-store promotions, events, etc.);
  • Ensure the marketing of products and special events;
  • Accompany the marketing communications team (three people) on a daily basis (delegate, coach, follow up on deadlines, provide approvals, etc.);
  • Work with the digital marketing agency to optimize the website and the online experience for consumers;
  • Participate in the selection of suppliers and the hiring process of other team members;
  • Research and propose new ideas to stay on top of the latest trends and best practices;
  • Measure and interpret the results of various communication initiatives;
  • Actively contribute to the various facets of the business on a daily basis (product development, special events, etc.).


  • University degree in communications, marketing, business, fashion or other related fields;
  • 5 years of experience in the field of marketing communications;
  • Experience in a leadership or team management position;
  • Experience in a retail environment with a focus on e-commerce and/or physical stores;
  • Interest and knowledge of the fashion industry;
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English;
  • Knowledge of social media and its trends (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience in the English-speaking Canadian and US markets is an asset;
  • Knowledge of Shopify, an asset;
  • Good knowledge of various performance analysis tools.

  • Full time position, 35 hours per week.
